  1. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order where:

  • Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected

  • Delivery is unavailable to the provided address

  • An order appears to be placed for unauthorised resale

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, we will refund the applicable amount.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Wattle & Wag is not responsible for delivery delays or losses caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

  1. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Claims will only be considered where an item arrives broken, damaged, faulty or incorrect due to an error by Wattle & Wag or damage caused during delivery by our shipping partners.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide their order number, clear photographs or videos, the shipping label and the original packaging.

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

  1. DAMAGED OR UNSAFE PRODUCTS

Customers must inspect products before allowing their pet to use them.

Wattle & Wag is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from:

  • Incorrect or unintended use

  • Failure to supervise a pet

  • Continued use of a damaged product

  • Pet chewing or destructive behaviour

  • Failure to follow product instructions

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Alteration or modification of a product

This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products may have limited quantities and may be discontinued without notice.

We may limit product quantities available to any customer, household, geographic region or jurisdiction.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund.
